It’s September!

Ah, the sweet memories of summer fade into the cool embrace of autumn. As we say goodbye to the sun-soaked days and balmy nights, let us cherish the moments we shared with friends and family, and all the adventures we had. It is a time of transition, a time of reflection, and a time to embrace the changing colors of nature.

As you close this chapter of summertime bliss, it’s time to embrace the beauty of autumn. Let the crisp air awaken your senses as leaves gently dance their way to the ground, painting the world in vibrant hues of orange, red, and gold. It’s a season of cozy sweaters, hot beverages, and the comforting aroma of autumnal spices.

So, as we bid adieu to summer and welcome the fall, let us remember that each season offers its own unique gifts. Embrace the rhythm of change and allow yourself to be swept away by the beauty of the world around you. Autumn awaits with open arms!

I’ve done it with yoga classes and tai chi classses, in fact any exercise routine class I’ve taken.  I’ve done it with any new learning of anything I’ve started where I feel like I’m being stretched. My excitement turns to resistance. Read More

Inspiring Possibilities

102DE2F0-8D94-4A3B-BA5F-88CBE062C953It’s interesting to figure out an actual title for something. How do you put into a few words the essence of who you are and what you want to create? Believe me, I went through about a dozen before settling on this one! Apparently a tagline should solve a problem and everything you create after that is medicine for the problem.(thank you Donald Miller) Read More
